# Refund Policy

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, **except** where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy (e.g. not as described; cannot download after reasonable attempts; duplicate charge).

**Request:** email support@eaglesvsdockers.win within 14 days with order ID.

We may offer a goodwill re-send or swap (Eagles ↔ Freo) at our discretion for genuine wrong-club mistakes if download proof is limited.
